S002296 POLIZEI/SS MARCHING DRUM.

A WW2 Polzei/SS snare drum with black and silver painted triangular pattern, has a 38cm diameter. The skins are separated by a 9cm tall metal alloy surround with upper and lower wooden bands. Six right angle metal brackets are equidistantly riveted along both the upper and lower bands, with threaded metal posts fed between them. The top of these posts are triangular in shape and control the tightening of both the upper and lower skins. Original leg brace is intact. Chains are not included/missing. Embossed to the surround is “SS M10/21/41".
