N033572 MUNICH OBERBURGERMEISTER ID CARD.
A green hardcover, bi-fold card for a Munich official with the rank of Oberburgermeister of Bewegung dated 1938 to Frederick Sellmeir.
A nice black and white photograph is affixed. The card shows wear at the fold/hinge line, but otherwise is a nice clean example.

This is not the Ausweis for the Oberbürgermeister of München, but is rather that of a junior official subordinated to the Oberbürgermeister. It does bear, however, what looks like an original signature of Karl Fiehler, Oberbürgermeister of München (the "Hauptstadt der Bewegung"), SS-Obergruppenführer, and member of the Stosstrupp "Adolf Hitler" before and during the "München-Putsch".
The man is a tax inspector at the tax office of the city of Munich.
