N002696 1933 SA BAUTZEN BRIGADE-APPELL BADGE.

A roughly 70mm tall, stamped alloy badge with bronze wash. The badge has an eagle clutching a canted swastika surrounded by an oak leaf wreath. Superimposed on the wreath are two downwards pointed swords, one with the SA insignia, and the other with a M16 or M17 style helmet. The swords are wrapped in chains. The top of the badge contains an outer ring with the embossed text, "Bautzen Brigade Appell 19.11.1933".The badge is makers marked, "Brehmer Mark Neukirchen". Complete with pinback device.
