C042367 U.S. VIETMAN WAR ERA WAR CASED ARMED FORCES RESERVE MEDAL.
(Est. 1950) Is awarded for 10 years service as a member of the Reserve or National Guard. This service may be cumulative provided that the combined 10 years are over a consecutive 12 year period. This particular represents the Naval Reserve. It is a die struck bronze coin measuring approximately 3.5cm in diameter featuring a crossed flaming torch, powder horn and bugle to the center surrounded by the 13 stars on a rayed background. The reverse shows the central form of an eagle on an anchor with a ship to the background. "Armed Forces Reserve" is embossed to the perimeter. A white and blue silk ribbon suspends the coin with the original pin backing. Included is the two piece, blue cardboard case with friction top lid that measures approximately 5.5cm x 9.5cm x 1.5cm with white label identify the medal.GRADE *** 3/4 PRICE $25.00
