The grouping consists of the following:

M 1916 M 1911A1 Pistol Holster (1963 dated)
M 1923 Ammo Magazine Pocket (1957 dated)
M 1956 Individual Equipment Belt
M 1956 Combat Field Pack Suspenders (1962 contract number)
M 1942 Lensatic Magnetic Compass Pouch (1962 dated)
M 1961 Quart Plastic Water Canteen (1965 dated) with M 1956 Canteen Cover (1962 contract number)
First Aid Kit Case (1967 contract number) - Note this Jungle First Aid Kit is a Marine Corps issue item only. The Marines continued to use the general issue WWII Jungle First Aid Kit through the Korea War, and the early Vietnam Conflict, often with a new nomenclature number surcharged on WWII dated pouches, and updated contents. About 1967(??) the Marines had a new pouch produced with the Medical Caduceus stenciled o the front, as on this Kit. I have never seen a photo of Army troops wearing them in Vietnam, but there is always the possibility that an officer acquired one, or perhaps added by a collector. Either way nice kit.
