C012093 U.S. TYPE III M-1943 GOGGLES.
Although these goggles were Army issue, they were used by the Air force as well and considered an expendable item. A pair of un-issued or used M1943 goggles with original paper packet. Constructed of leather with green plastic lenses to the front and sides (green was used to stop glare). The goggles are marked "US 1943". The packet measures approximately 10cm x 13cm.
