A private purchase "Tailored by Lewis" forest green, wool elastique cap with a miniature Naval Aviator’s wings above a miniature USN badge to the left side. The interior with a brown leather sweatband that is embossed "Tailored by Lewis" along with a British Coat of Arms. It can be seen to the right side where a badge was removed, leaving behind holes to the fabric.
