C002396 U.S. THOMPSON SLING.

A mustard yellow/khaki, webbed sling with blackened metal ends that are not marked but are identical to the "NoBuckL". The webbing is stamped “Mildew Proofed, R.I. Order. Center 1945.”

This Kerr style, but unmarked, sling, given the 1945 RI stamp and late War date, might possibly be for the WWII Thompson SMG.
