WW2 German Luftwaffe Afrika Korps Hermann Göring Photo + Document Grouping. Grouping to Luftwaffe Hermann Göring Division solider Helmut Wagner who was captured in Tunisia in May 1943 when the Deutsche Afrika Korps (DAK) surrendered. Includes a colorized photo of Wagner which is fascinating because his uniform and cap are colored Feldgrau Green and not Luftwaffe gray as would be expected. There is also a portrait of him in the Afrika Korps wearing his tan tropical Luftwaffe uniform with the Hermann Göring cufftitle clearly seen on his right sleeve and also his POW document showing all his particulars. Unusual and interesting group with the green-colored uniform portrait.
