J002196 (IJA) MAJOR GENERAL’S DRESS UNIFORM SHOULDER BOARDS. 

A pair of full dress shoulder boards, each of which are 155mm long, 80mm wide, and approximately 30mm thick. They are both comprised of dual interwoven cords in gold wire with a decorative, golden colored convex alloy button to one end and a golden colored alloy, five pointed star affixed to their centers. This configuration indicated the rank of Major General. Original metal attachment slides are intact. Excellent condition, nice high rank. Original wooden case is included. Nice!
