Nice pair of IJN medical collar tabs. Each approximately 43mm x 25mm, upon whose black wool base are sewn two, 8mm wide, horizontal bands of gold-colored tress, between which are pinned two alloy cherry blossoms, the combination signifying the rank of Commander. Red piping for medical. The reverse of the tabs are complete with their original backing and metal tabs.
