S006259 SS LONG SLEEVE SERVICE SHIRT. (Hemd) Early SS shirt. Brown, wool/rayon blend construction, pullover shirt with a repeating vertical knitted weave. The shirt features a vertical V-neck slash with collar to the front center with a tightly knit, dual-ply, four button, vertical front closure plaquet. The front plaquet closure buttons are the composit material type and appear to have their original stitching. Shirt is unmarked, but would of original had a cloth SS-RZM tag. The shirt is roughly size 40" chest although the stretchy fabric would accommodate larger sizes. One period patch to the left sleeve end, but overall nice condition. Scarce early issue shirt.
