N28251 1935 N.S.B.O. HESSEN-NASSAU REGIONAL MEETING BADGE. (N.S.B.O. Treffen-Abzeichen) A 1 1/8" x 1 3/4", stamped alloy, shield-shaped badge whose obverse prominently features the N.S.B.O. emblem of, to the right, a disembodied hand holding upright a hammer with a static swastika to its head, with a partial cogged wheel proceeding to the left. This image is set against three medieval step-roofed buildings, with "Landstreffen der N.S.B.O. Hessen-Nassau Frankfurt a.M. 27. Aug.1933" to the base. A horizontal pin-back device is soldered to its unmarked reverse. Typical age darkening and soiling is evident to the obverse.
