N07555 "WL SACHSEN" SLEEVE INSIGNIA. (Abzeichen) 

BACKGROUND: Badge issued to factory protection worker in the state of Saxony. Takes the form of a protective eagle over top of a factory complex. This was the only german state to issue its own factory protection units for the Werkluftschutz. 

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: machine woven, sleeve insignia, consisting of a stylized eagle, on top of a swastika with a "W L" to either side, below is the word "Sachen" which translates to Saxony, all in white, on a green triangle. The insignia is still on a piece of its original factory roll. In unissued condition.
