Approximately 15cm x 12 cm blue/grey cardstock cover with DRL eagle embossed to the front. First inside page has the recipients photo glued to the upper right corner. Original metal Oakleaf with twisted white and red string and official DRL embossed approval stamp. Award was issued in 1940.
