N007763 TRAINING GROUNDS REGULATIONS SIGN. (Menetekel) A 60cm x 50 cm convex, metal sign painted white with a black painted border and lettering. The loose translation states that the misappropriation of ammunition by theft or embezzlement is punishable in accordance with the Penal Code "291 R. St. G.B." If you are a soldier, theft or embezzlement is punishable in accordance with the Penal Code "138 M. St. G.B." The sign seems to be written in accordance of the Minister of War. The sign also appears to have been printed in "Hanover, Mellendorf." The sing has holes to each corner that allows the sign to be attached to a surface. The metal to the front shows heavy wear to the bottom right with chips, rusting and cracking to the overall surface. The rear of the sign shows heavy oxidation. Nice worn and used example.
