R00251 "PANZER: A REVOLUTION IN WARFARE, 1939-1945" BOOK. A 7 1/2" x 9 5/8", softcover, 256 page book lavishly illustrated with black and white photographs, line drawings, and tactical maps. The book addresses the restructuring of the German military, with particular emphasis on tanks and motorized infantry, and continues with their early successes, and later failures, in all theaters of the war. The campaigns of Panzer armies one through four, Panzer army Africa, and the fifth, sixth and eleventh Panzer armies are chronicled in detail. The original owner’s name has been stamped to the title page, and there are very light surface scratches to the covers, but no creasing to the spine, soiling to the pages, or other evidence of use.
