R000356 "LUGERS AT RANDOM" REFERENCE BOOK. A 11 3/8" x 8 3/4", hardcover, 420 page book, to whose red, front cover is the title, in gold, "Lugers At Random," along with the author’s name. The first section of the book details the basic models and types, and features exploded views with parts identification, as well as a comprehensive listing of proof marks. The body of the work examines the models chronologically, in each case with the text on the left page and a photograph on the facing right. Its last section addresses accessories such as shoulder stocks, holsters, and drum magazines. The book is in overall excellent condition, with only very light soiling to its covers, and pencil annotations to its first endpaper.
