C25655 ITALIAN PACKAGED TRIANGULAR FIELD DRESSING.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: An envelope style packaging, with a fold over flap, that holds triangular shape bandage made of burlap and cotton. This package has a circular, white paper, sticker which is dated 1938 and was manufactured by the chemical pharmaceutical institute of military located in Florence. The package is approximately 4 1/4" high and 5 1/2" wide. It does not appear to have been worn or used. It is turquoise blue with a navy blue shadowing. All of the writing is in the navy blue and the cross is in red with navy blue shadowing. The package is in very good condition with only some light soiling. This would make a great addition to any medical collection.
