C15753 ITALIAN ISSUE COTTON WOUND BANDAGE. A 4 ½ wide and high package that holds 250 grams of ordinary cotton (cottone Ordinario.) This cotton, much like other Italian medical supplies, was manufactured by the chemical pharmaceutical institution for military in Florence. On the front on the bottom right corner, the sticker as a date, 1939. Above it are the manufacturer initials, I.C.F.M. The paper that it is wrapped in is a butcher paper and it is still intact. The package appears never to have been used. It is in immaculate condition.
