C056463 FIVE PIECE MEDAL GROUPING. A grouping of five medals, with wax paper envelopes contained in a heavy weight two piece brown box measuring approximately 8.5cm x 6.5cm x 2cm. The box, has an "Official Paid" stamp with Kings Crown and is addressed for Bridgtown, Cannock Disctrict in Staffordshire England. The medals include: 1939-1945 Star, British Commonwealth 1939-1945 Defence Medal, 1939-45 War Medal and the France and Germany Star. Unfortunately, none of the medals are inscribed with a name so it is hard to determine with 100% accuracy if the medals are original to the box. All medals are in near excellent condition with the colours of the ribbons very bright and colourful. Very nice grouping that would be an asset to any display.
