C041465 BRITISH "ECONOMY" MAP CASE. A 24cm x 28cm stiffening board encased to one side of khaki canvas with adjustable webbed carrying strap attached to the top. Two metal allow swivel clips are attached to either side that can be maneuvered to keep a map in place. Maker marked and dated, as well ad broad arrow marked. Of Note: This type of map case was usually issued to the infantry.
