A single piece black wool beret and brass and white metal cap badge, the lower part which is bound in black simulated leather through which runs a tape that is used to adjust the size. The interior is lined with black cotton/rayon, and features a modern stitched tag denoting the make as "1991." Very nice, lightly used condition.
