BACKGROUND: Every infantry or armoured regiment had its own insignia.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A rectangular red felt badge with a white cloth backing, about 2 3/16" by 1 ", with the black machine embroidered text "Reserve Army". Except for some minor age soiling the flash appears to be unused.
