The sight is marked "Aldis Unit Sight" , "Aldis Brothers Birmingham No. 170520" and "Gun Sighting Telescope Patt. G-44." It sits perfectly in the formed, hinged box that measures approximately 37cm x 9.5cm x 6cm. The optics are clean. Shows period usage wear to both the sight and box, but remains a nice example.
