C013558 CANADIAN WWI RED CROSS PERSONNEL'S POUCH. A light cotton, olive-drab, bag, about 16 3/4" high by 13 1/4" wide, made from a single piece of cloth with a seam to one side and the bottom, with the top edge folded over 1 1/4" and stitched to itself to create a tunnel loop though which white cloth draw stings have been threaded. To one side is stitched two overlapping strips of red cloth that form a cross. The bag is in good condition with a loose thread, some minor stains and moderate age lightening to a few places.
