C007764 BRITISH WWII BUSH HAT. A khaki/olive drab wool constructed bush hat with two pairs of eight air holes to each side punched through the material while one side is furled upward with a silk square blue and pink striped material sewn upon it. It measures approximately 5cm square with some threading released to the bottom right corner. The opening appears to be 7.5" in diameter. The fabric has usual nap wear, with some slight staining to the inside brim, but otherwise appears to be in good condition. There are no markings on this hat, so if anyone can please provide information on the material sewn to the hat, or help identify this item more clearly, please contact us.
