C007464 BRITISH 56^TH (BLACK CAT) LONDON DIVISION. A faded red 5.5cm x 4cm cloth badge with a machine embroidered outline of a black cat. The cat is said to belong to Dick Whittington. The original backing is still in place with fraying to the edges and appears to have been removed from a uniform. There are some glue remnants on the reverse which indicates it has been removed from a scrap book. Nice complete worn and used example.
