C007156 CANADIAN WWI 64TH ARTILLERY BATTERY PENNANT.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A triangular, felt, multi-piece pennant, 25 1/2" long with an 11" tall hoist edge. The hoist edge has a 3/4" wide piece of burgundy felt sewn on to create a tunnel loop and four 6" long by 3/4" wide blue ties, sewn two to the top and two to the bottom. The main body of the pennant is green felt on to which is stenciled the Canadian artillery symbol, which appears to be hand colored, consisting of a King's crown over a field artillery piece with "Canada" scrolled between them and a "64" over the lower part of the wheel and "Quo Fas Et Gloria Ducunt" to the bottom, which means, where death and glory lead. To the right of the symbol is stenciled "64th Battery, C.F.A. C.E.F." The pennant is in great shape with a few tiny holes, a small nick at the small end and some light nap wear.
