J03754 (IJN) TWENTY PACKAGED GOOD CONDUCT SLEEVE CHEVRONS. Twenty sleeve chevrons, each 2 1/4" wide, each comprised of golden tress machine woven upon an olive drab rayon base, and all having brown paper backings. Two folded and glued strips of brown paper bind them together. The cosigner reports that these are Naval "diligence" chevrons. Only the lightest of age soiling may be seen to these obviously unissued insignia.
