J013163 MARKSMANSHIP COMPETITION BADGE (M87) 3^RD CLASS. A bronze badge that takes the form of a convex five petaled cherry blossom is 36cm across with crossed rifles in the foreground. The rifles and blossom are in bronze while the border of the petals is in gold. The reverse has a hinge with a broad flat pin whose perforated end mates with an "eye" on the flat backing. The badge shows moderate/heavy usage and wear, but otherwise is a nice used example.
