J00653 (IJA) EM/NCO'S CANVAS BELT. A 41 3/4" x 1 3/4", tan-colored, dual-ply canvas belt, one end of which is folded and sewn around a single-pronged metal buckle, and the other end featuring twelve corresponding buckling holes. A floating, vertical leather retaining loop is fed unto the belt, immediately before its tightly-woven fabric equivalent. Six parallel lines of stitching run along the length of the belt. Unmarked. Moderate age and usage soiling is evident throughout, with noticeable wear to its buckling holes, the leather retainer has superficial cracking to it, and the buckle has age darkened and is lightly surface spotted.
