J002759 TWO (IJN) EQUIPMENT STRAPS. Each leather strap is approximately 16" in length. Cast steel fitting to one end with a single adjustment buckle. Both fittings have the IJN anchor marking to the reverse. I’m not 100% sure what these where used for, if any collectors have more info please e-mail me.
