J001958 (IJA) 7 X 7.1 POWER FIELD BINOCULARS. The body of the binoculars are finished in a black, rough textured coating which is almost fully retained with a piece flaked of the right front. The left housing is stamped with the manufacturer’s logo which appear to be an upwards pointing arrow within an inverted triangle surrounded by a circle, the serial number "No 3993". To the right housing is stamped "7x (power) 7.1" (field of view in degrees). The heavily spotted and clouded optics feature individually adjustable ocular lenses and 50mm objective lenses. The right lens has horizontal and vertical gradations for fire control and plotting. The neck hanging strap is absent. Although the optics are spotted and clouded they would still make a nice display piece.
