J000957 (IJA) JUDICIAL BRANCH OF SERVICE BREAST BADGE. An "M" shaped insignia, 1 7/8" across, indicating the arm of service and worn over the right breast of the tunic. In this instance, the white on the olive drab wool base distinguished the wearer as belonging to the Judicial department. White hand stitching may be seen to its khaki-colored linen backing. The insignia is in very good, unused condition, with only light age toning and nap wear.
