(Anzeige) A 3 3/4" x 5 1/2", printed paper advertisement for, as is advertised to both faces, a book entitled "An der Spitze meiner Kompagnie" (At the Point [of] my Company), and sub-titled "Drei Monate Kriegserlebnisse" (Three Months War-experiences), "von Paul Oskar Höcker Hauptman der Landwehr" (by Paul Oskar Höcker Captain [in] the Territorial-reserves). A photographic portrait of the author, wearing a covered Pickelhaube and with an Iron Cross, second class, conspicuously pinned on his uniform, is to one face. To the other face is printed a brief synopsis of his experiences, with the price, for the "steif broschiert" (hardbound) edition, "1 Mark," and the name of the publisher, to the bottom. The paper is lightly age yellowed, but is otherwise remarkably unblemished.
