G04350 COLORIZED PHOTO/ARTWORK POSTCARD. (Postkarte) A 3 3/8" x 5 3/8", printed postcard with a colorized and re-touched photograph to its obverse of two uniformed figures; the first a Pickelhaube-wearing superior who is regarding the second performing deep-knee bends. Overtop is printed "5. Die Kniee beugt und Arme streckt, Das geht bei mir stets wie geleckt." To the reverse is an address and a handwritten note dated for September 1916. Light age soiling and yellowing is evident. Of Note: This is obviously a companion to G03750 which has a caption that is numbered sixth in the series and depicts the same two soldiers.
