G005062 BAVARIAN SOLDIER’S FOOT LOCKER. Nicely constructed, dove tailed, 43cm x 39cm x 22cm, feldgrau painted. All slat wood construction. Dual hinged reverse, padlock type front closing device and steel carrying handle. Retains 90% of it original paint and is nicely marked to the top "6. Bayr. Res. J.R. 2 Komp" and "Vizefeldw. J. R. Beck". Looks like the case was als used during the Third Reich period as there is a eagle stamping on a paper sticker on the side. Nice!
